VMC Verified Mark Certificates
Verified Mark Certificates (VMCs) allow companies to render their brand logo next to the “sender” field in email clients—visible even before the message is opened. Think of it as the email equivalent of the blue checkmark on Twitter or the verified badge on Instagram. Marketers will be interested in the potential for:
- Increased open rates
- Improved brand recognition
- The option to deliver a logo per brand, or with seasonal or other
topical variations, using a single email header change to select the right VMC
logo to display
Implementing all the requirements for VMCs also signals that your company is DMARC compliant, showing that you are protecting your domain against unauthorized use - including spoofing and phishing.
For a VMC your logo need to be registered with the Local Trademark Authority. For Greece and countries in EU is EUIPO (European Union Intelectual Property https://euipo.europa.eu/ohimportal/en)

- Registration of the trademark in EUIPO for countries in EU (this process must have been done by you, before your VMC order)
- Identification of your Organization through a contracted notary (cost included in the VMC price)
You can add multiple email domains under the same logo. In order to include them in the VMC please choose SAN.
