Remote Qualified Electronic Signature for Natural Person

No additional software or device required.

The Subscriber may use it in any electronic transaction he/she wishes or is required to make legally binding.
Identification of the natural person is required.

A QR Code is included, which you must save so that in case you lose your mobile phone, you can recover your signature.
In case of choosing the Service for Remote Id Verification, please ensure that you meet the following for the successful completion of the process:
ü In case you use a Greek ID, make sure it also contains Latin Characters.
ü Make sure that during the video call you will not be distracted by anything (eg no other person appears during the process.) The video should only look and sound like you and be alone in the space.
ü Make sure that the lighting in your space is sufficient for the needs of the process.
ü Prefer the connection to be made from a private network and not from a corporate one. Possibly through a corporate network the process may not complete successfully due to limitations.
ü Make sure your device (mobile phone, tablet or computer) has a good image resolution (+2 Mpixel).
In case that you do not save the QR Code and there is a loss of your mobile phone or loss of your security code, we will provide you with one (1) free issuance of your signature. For more than one issuance, there will be a pro-rated charge for the remaining time.

Certificate Issuance
- By the physical presence of the Subscriber to ADACOM premises.
- By sending via courier or postal service to ADACOM premises (Kreontos 25 St. 10442, Athens) the verification documents with notarization by a notary public or any official authority.
- By Remote ID Verification via video call.
Copy of Subscriber's ID or Passport from Gov.gr Wallet or simple copy (for Greece) or Proof of Subscriber's identity based on a National ID / Passport issued by any other country, given that the document includes a unique number assigned by the document issuing authority.
Filled and Signed the Application Form with verification of original signature by any official authority with such powers (relevant instructions will be sent after order completion)
