Remote Qualified Electronic Signature for Natural Person associated with Legal Person
Issued to Natural Person associated with the Legal Person and signs on behalf of the company.

No additional software or device required.
The Certificate is a property of the Company, which is also responsible to revoke the certificate in case the Natural Person loses the authority to act on behalf of the legal person.
A QR Code is included, which you must save so that in case you lose your mobile phone, you can recover your signature.
In case that you do not save the QR Code and there is a loss of your mobile phone or loss of your security code, we will provide you with one (1) free issuance of your signature. For more than one issuance, there will be a pro-rated charge for the remaining time.
In case of choosing the Service for Remote Id Verification, please ensure that you meet the following for the successful completion of the process:
ü In case you use a Greek ID, make sure it also contains Latin Characters.
ü Make sure that during the video call you will not be distracted by anything (eg no other person appears during the process.) The video should only look and sound like you and be alone in the space.
ü Make sure that the lighting in your space is sufficient for the needs of the process.
ü Prefer the connection to be made from a private network and not from a corporate one. Possibly through a corporate network the process may not complete successfully due to limitations.
ü Make sure your device (mobile phone, tablet or computer) has a good image resolution (+2 Mpixel).

Certificate Issuance
By the physical presence of the Subscriber/Subject to ADACOM premises.
By sending via courier or postal service to ADACOM premises (Kreontos 25 St. 10442, Athens) the verification documents with notarization by a notary public or any official authority.
Remote ID Verification via video call.
Certificate Renewal
By sending all the Verification Documents Digitally Signed via your valid electronic signature (relevant instruction will be sent after order completion)
Proof of the Legal Representative’s identity and proof of the Subject’s identity based on a National ID (for Greece and Cyprus) or Passport issued by any other country, given that the document includes a unique number assigned by the document issuing authority.
Filled and signed Application Form (relevant instructions will be sent after order completion).
Recent Certificate of Representation issued by the General Business Registry and/or any other company's legalization document of the Legal Person which proves its Name, Tax ID Number and Legal Representative.
If the Subject is not an official representative of the Legal Person, Subject’s authorization document by the Subscriber (ADACOM will provide the template of the authorization in this case).
