It is required the validation of the Legal Person and Legal Representative.
In case of choosing the Service for Remote Id Verification, please ensure that you meet the following for the successful completion of the process:
ü In case you use a Greek ID, make sure it also contains Latin Characters.
ü Make sure that during the video call you will not be distracted by anything (eg no other person appears during the process.) The video should only look and sound like you and be alone in the space.
ü Make sure that the lighting in your space is sufficient for the needs of the process.
ü Prefer the connection to be made from a private network and not from a corporate one. Possibly through a corporate network the process may not complete successfully due to limitations.
ü Make sure your device (mobile phone, tablet or computer) has a good image resolution (+2 Mpixel).

Certificate Issuance
By the physical presence of the Subscriber’s Legal Representative to ADACOM premises.
By sending via courier or postal service to ADACOM premises (Kreontos 25 St. 10442, Athens) the verification documents with notarization by a public notary or any official authority.
By Remote ID Verification via video call.
Certificate Renewal
By sending all the Verification Documents Digitally Signed via email at lra@adacom.com
Proof of the Legal Representative’s identity based on a National ID (for Greece and Cyprus) or Passport issued by any other country, given that the document includes a unique number assigned by the document issuing authority.
Filled and signed Application Form by the Legal Representative (or third authorized person*)
Recent Certificate of Representation issued by the General Business Registry and/or any other company's legalization document of the Legal Person which proves its Name, Tax ID Number and Legal Representative.
*In case of a third authorized person applying for the issuance of the Qualified Certificate, copy of power of attorney from the Legal Representative to that third person or any other equivalent document, which shows that the third person is able to sign on behalf of the Legal Representative.
